Enrollment Process
1. Schedule a Tour
Contact us by phone, email, or via the contact form.
Click on the following link to schedule a tour online using our Prospective Parent Form.
2. Fill Out and Gather Paperwork
Fill out the following: Registration Form, A Proud History Agreement, and Photo Release Form. Gather the following: Parent's IDs, Original Birth Certificate, Immunization Records and a Physical Form.
3. Drop Off Paperwork
Stop by front office to get your child's file started. You may be asked to provide additional missing items afterwards via email.
4. Enrollment Fees
There is a $150 PER CHILD & $225 PER FAMILY registration fee due at the time of enrollment. Additionally you will be asked to provide the first week's tuition for your child.

COMBINATION PROGRAM
Military Discount 5 %. Two children within the same family: 5% discount off the oldest child's tuition. Three children within the same family: 10% discount off the oldest child’s tuition and 5% discount off the second to the oldest child. *All rates are rounded to the nearest dollar.
There will be no deduction from tuition for sickness, severe weather conditions, holidays or other personal reasons. Tuition prices are in effect from September to June. Budgets are analyzed on a yearly basis.
